Everyone I've ever met who has permanently quit smoking has done so mainly with NLP and/or hypnosis. Most of the chemical methods available simply alleviate that familiar craving to light up another cigarette for a time. Hypnosis / NLP will work much better because it makes the thought of another cigarette unbearable. NLP and hypnosis can make you quite simply not feel the need anymore - that's got to be the best way right?
